Payment Policy

1. Quotes & proposals

All pricing is provided in a written quote or proposal. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Once you approve a quote in writing (email is fine), it becomes the agreed price and scope for that engagement.

2. Deposits

  • Standard projects: a 50% deposit is required to start work.
  • Larger projects: we may agree on a milestone schedule (e.g. 40% upfront, 30% mid-project, 30% on delivery).
  • Retainers & subscriptions: billed monthly in advance.
Work begins only after the deposit is received.

3. Accepted payment methods

  • Bank transfer (local & international)
  • Card payments via Stripe
  • PayPal & Wise
  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket (for Bangladesh-based clients)
Bank fees, currency conversion, and processing charges are the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

4. Currency

International clients are billed in USD by default. Bangladesh-based clients are billed in BDT. Other currencies can be arranged on request.

5. Invoices & payment terms

Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless stated otherwise on the invoice or in your agreement.

6. Late payments

  • Invoices unpaid after the due date may incur a 5% late fee per month on the outstanding amount.
  • We may pause work and withhold deliverables until overdue invoices are settled.
  • Repeatedly overdue accounts may have their engagement terminated with no refund of paid amounts.

7. Refunds

Because our work is custom and time-based, deposits are non-refundable once work has started. If we cancel a project before work begins, your deposit will be fully refunded.

For monthly retainers, you may cancel at any time with at least 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Already-paid months are non-refundable, but you'll receive all agreed deliverables for that period.

8. Out-of-scope work & third-party costs

Anything outside the agreed scope (extra revisions, new features, additional pages, etc.) is quoted and billed separately. Third-party costs — such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, stock media, ad spend, and software licenses — are billed at cost or arranged in your name.

9. Delivery & ownership

Final files and ownership of deliverables are transferred only after the final invoice is paid in full.
