Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing rayagrowth.com or engaging RaYa Growth Co. ("RaYa", "we") for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

We provide creative and growth services including graphic design, web development, digital marketing, SEO, video editing, and AI automation. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each engagement are agreed in a separate proposal, quote, or written agreement.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, brand assets, content, and timely feedback.
  • Ensure you own (or have rights to) any materials supplied to us.
  • Make payments on time per the agreed schedule.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for your project is transferred to you. RaYa retains rights to internal tools, frameworks, and any work that is unpaid. We may showcase the completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions & approvals

Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or out-of-scope work are billed separately. Once a stage is approved in writing, further changes to that stage may be billed as new work.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the project.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaYa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date plus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in Sylhet, unless otherwise agreed.
